Grease Spray System
- Our Involvement in Research and Development has shown that even with specific positioning of the
gears, only Max 60% of the
opening areas bear the load. Lubrication is therefore essential for easy operation of gear
drives that are damaged due to
rough and surface warps. .
- Grease spray system sprays the lubricant automatically onto the gear teeth or chain links.
Spraying proposed the benefit of
casing the surface of the teeth or chains perfectly or, to obtain a standardized layer of
thickness adapted to the requirements
of the application. The spray lubrication system is fully automated with control unit, spray
pump and spray nozzle.
